1. Who we are
AiMED Solutions ("AiMED", "we", "us") is the healthcare technology arm of Burjeel Holdings, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We build clinical workflow, AI, interoperability, analytics, research and compliance systems for hospitals and care networks.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — names, work email, phone, employer, role and message content — when you contact us, apply for a role, or request a partner conversation. We also collect limited technical data (IP, user agent, referrer, page interactions) for security and product analytics.
3. Clinical and patient data
AiMED platforms processed inside customer environments handle clinical and patient data strictly as a processor on behalf of the healthcare provider. We do not use that data to train general models, and we do not retain it outside the customer's governed perimeter.
4. How we use information
To respond to enquiries, evaluate applications, deliver and improve our services, secure our systems, meet legal obligations under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, DoH Abu Dhabi requirements, and applicable HIPAA / GDPR terms where contracted.
5. Sharing
We share information with vetted sub-processors (cloud, email, analytics) under contract, with Burjeel Holdings entities where operationally required, and with authorities where compelled by law. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
We retain contact and recruitment data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, then delete or anonymise it. Customer clinical data follows the retention schedule defined in the customer agreement and the relevant regulator's mandate.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us.
8. Security
We apply layered controls — encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, monitoring, and audit — consistent with AiMED Vault's compliance posture.
9. Changes
We update this policy as our services and the regulatory environment evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
